  • How do I apply for the Google Cloud Platform education credits program?

Apply for credits for your courses as a faculty member

Eligible faculty should use our online form to apply for Google Cloud credits for students to give them real, hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform. Credits are intended for student learning in the cloud.

  • If approved, what are the next steps to get the credits for the program?

If approved, the faculty member will receive two notifications by email: one for the student credits and one for staff and teaching assistant credits. We highly recommend professors redeem the staff and TA coupon codes immediately to ensure there are no issues.

Student Credits: The email regarding student credits will contain a URL where students can request a coupon code (limit is one per student email address). It is the responsibility of the faculty member to distribute the URL to the students so they can request a coupon.

Staff and TA Credits: The email regarding staff and TA credits will contain coupon codes. It is the responsibility of the faculty member to distribute the coupon codes to whomever needs them. A person may redeem up to three coupons per course and they must be used for the course which they applied for.
